In GA there is only 1/4 of clicks reported in Amazon. I think that difference is caused by different methodology in visitor tracking. Amazon seems to count every visit through affiliate link, but GA is ignoring a mayority of robots. Robots click on your affiliate links and therefore increasing count of clicks in Amazon, but not increasing goals in GA. I hope my thinking is right :)
