As I mentioned in the 2015 progress report<\/a>, based on the result we saw in 2015, we will primarily focus on the ASS site in 2016.<\/p>\n

For the majority of 2015, we only had two people (me and my virtual assistant) on the team. During the summer of 2015, my virtual assistant’s interests moved\u00a0from online to offline (as far as I know, he wanted to run a computer repair shop) so we parted ways and I had to rebuild my team.<\/p>\n

Since then, my team has grown into two SEO\u00a0assistants and one article writer, so now there are four of us.<\/p>\n

Activities in January 2016<\/h2>\n

In January, I started creating a list of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents so we have a standardized procedure for everything we do.<\/p>\n

Along with that, to make the whole process more structured, I came up with a\u00a08 steps formula that makes niche sites rank<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It might\u00a0sound like one of those make money quick\u00a0program that tells you “do this and your site will rank”. However, the main reason that I came up with this is to allow the team to see who is in charge of which steps and what tasks are assigned to whom.<\/p>\n

Based on this exercise, now we can clearly see we actually need one more person to the team so I am actually in the process of interviewing few candidates\u00a0at the time I am writing this.<\/p>\n
